The company shall not be held responsible for any individual actions undertaken by the client within China. The company is not liable for any incidental, legal, or personal issues caused by the client during the trip. The client is fully responsible for complying with all laws and regulations of People’s Republic of China and bears sole responsibility for any legal violations or misconduct. Any fines or legal consequences resulting from the client’s actions shall be the client’s sole responsibility.

All clients must adhere to the instructions and guidelines of Jawlat Pro throughout the duration of the trip and respect the approved schedules and timelines. The company reserves the right to amend the programme when necessary in the best interest of the trip. The company shall not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.

Clients are required to respect public and private property. Any damages caused by the client shall be entirely their responsibility. The company is not liable for the loss of personal luggage or valuables, and clients are advised to safeguard their documents and belongings at all times.

The company is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of clients’ personal data and will use such information solely for service-related purposes. The company reserves the right to suspend services to any client who violates these terms. Clients shall not be entitled to claim compensation resulting from their own failure to follow instructions.

The company disclaims responsibility for any personal disputes arising between clients. It works with external service providers in accordance with approved standards but is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the client. Clients must disclose any special requirements prior to the commencement of the trip.

All services are subject to applicable tourism regulations. The company reserves the right to update this policy at any time, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of any new updates.
